What you will do

• Develop and implement mixed-signal verification (DV) plans for broadband amplifiers based on architecture and specifications.
• Design and develop verification testbenches using industry-standard verification languages and methodologies.
• Write and execute test cases to verify mixed-signal circuits for functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze verification results and collaborate with design and layout teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of verification plans, test results, and design changes.
• Work with various technologies and process nodes, including SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS.

Requirements

• BS or MSc in Electrical Engineering specializing in high-performance analog/mixed-signal design and verification.
• 4-8 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and verification.
• Proficiency with EDA CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/Sim-vision or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
• Deep understanding of transistor-level modelling, loop stability, AGC loops, and high-precision analog circuits (DAC, ADC, regulators).
• Strong programming experience using Python, Verilog, Verilog-A, and SystemVerilog.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
