Company

hirify.global is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, specializing in the development of advanced lithography systems.

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including high-speed (≥16-bit) DAC/ADC signal chains.
  • Develop precision high-voltage circuits (up to ±225V) with high frequency, low distortion, and ultra-low offset.
  • Architect and optimize end-to-end signal chains, covering amplification, filtering, driver stages, and calibration.
  • Develop system-level behavioral and circuit-level SPICE models to analyze noise, distortion, and stability.
  • Drive laboratory debugging, validation, and system bring-up using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Strong expertise in operational amplifiers, precision analog design, and ADC/DAC interfacing.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, Cadence, or ADS.
  • Programming skills in Python or MATLAB for modeling and data analysis.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in San Jose, CA, US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with semiconductor equipment (lithography, metrology) or precision control systems.
  • Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, specifically JESD204B-based ADC systems.
  • Prior experience leading complex subsystem development in global, cross-site teams.
  • Experience with EDA tools, particularly Xpedition.

Culture & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for employees and families.
  • Participation in the company 401k retirement plan.
  • Paid time off including 8 hours of vacation leave accrued monthly.
  • 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
