Product Engineer (Autonomous Systems)

What you will do

• Provide technical customer support for AHS software through updates, testing, and QA methods.
• Diagnose root causes of problems and perform troubleshooting and repairs within SLA timeframes.
• Deliver daytime telephone support to resolve system issues effectively and efficiently.
• Connect to client sites to verify and reproduce problems for diagnosis.
• Document product functionality clearly and concisely.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Welshpool, Western Australia (Onsite)
• Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, or an IT-related field.
• Proficiency in computing languages such as C, C++, SQL and/or scripting languages.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
