What you will do

• Strip, assess, repair, and test mechanical seals, couplings, and associated equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations and offer troubleshooting advice and reliability solutions.
• Prepare repair work quotations and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Perform inspection and test plans in alignment with corporate compliance standards.
• Arrange and attend client visits to Oil & Gas and Mine sites.
• Conduct training for internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with sales and technical support staff.

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Fitter/Turner or Machinist.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and mentor colleagues.
• Ability to apply Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques in workplace processes.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
