What you will do

• Perform basic to moderate hardware repairs, component swaps, and preventive maintenance following SOPs.
• Run structured diagnostic procedures using approved hardware and software tools.
• Inspect and validate repairs with testing to confirm effectiveness.
• Replace components (e.g., motors, sensors, harnesses, mechanical assemblies) and escalate complex or recurring failures.
• Document all work in MaintainX with detailed notes, photos, and supporting evidence for engineering traceability.
• Maintain parts usage accuracy, support inventory tracking, and keep workstations/tools organized while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on technical experience in electro-mechanical, automotive, electronics, robotics, aerospace, or similar industries.
• Ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with standard diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, power supply, general shop tools).
• Experience working in shop, lab, or field-service environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy; ability to follow structured troubleshooting processes.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day schedule.

Nice to have

• Trade school certification or completion of a technical training program.
• Experience with issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Exposure to robotics, automation, or integrated mechanical-electrical systems.
