What you will do

• Manage product data integrity and system configuration within the quote-to-cash ecosystem.
• Administer product definitions, including pricing, business unit mapping, features, and release versions.
• Configure system rules, workflows, and parameters in product and pricing applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage underlying platforms and business processes.
• Utilize data flow modeling and workflow analysis to optimize product operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in product operations, data management, or a related analyst role.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Experience with ERP or product management systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Pimcore.
• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA.
