What you will do

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue, from problem definition through technical design and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives by integrating AI into analytics engineering workflows and establishing metadata and evaluation foundations.
• Design and build durable data products powering revenue operations, executive reporting, and analyst self-service.
• Set technical direction for the data layer across dbt models, metrics, semantic structures, and governance.
• Simplify, automate, and scale Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture and tooling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or data product development.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, and modern analytics engineering practices.
• Strong working knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Looker, or Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Understanding of foundations required for reliable AI, including semantic layers and metadata.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous projects and align stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada; no visa sponsorship is provided.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience supporting commercial, GTM, revenue, or sales operations teams.
