TL;DR

Senior Analytics Consultant (Predictive Analytics/Healthcare): Driving customer value through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven strategy for healthcare and social care organizations with an accent on analytics implementation, program evaluation, and executive communication. Focus on translating complex model outputs into actionable recommendations, assessing data readiness, and building scalable analytics practices.

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must live in the Eastern or Central time zone. The role may require up to 25% travel.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Advise priority customers on analytics and predictive capabilities, aligning strategies with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead customer-specific analytics strategies, program evaluation approaches, and predictive analytics implementations.
  • Translate predictive models, data science concepts, and analytical outputs into clear recommendations for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Assess customer data readiness and communicate modeling requirements and constraints to Data Science teams.
  • Track analytics adoption, identify customer risks and emerging needs, and act as an escalation point for complex engagements.
  • Develop reusable analytics frameworks, best practices, and internal enablement materials while mentoring analysts and consultants informally.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in predictive analytics, analytics consulting, or advanced data-driven strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience with social care, population health, or other social determinants of health datasets.
  • Experience in public health, Medicaid policy, healthcare delivery, program measurement, and outcomes analysis.
  • Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods, with proficiency in SQL.
  • Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytics-focused field; advanced degree preferred. Must be based in the United States and live in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Medical and Rx Claims datasets and medical economics analyses.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve analytics workflows.
  • Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field.
