Salary: $112,000–$140,000 USD base salary, with potential additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the technical direction, standards, governance, and long-term roadmap for the enterprise BI ecosystem.
• Architect semantic models and build high-performance Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reusable components.
• Develop advanced DAX solutions and oversee row-level security, deployment pipelines, and workspace design.
• Design scalable data pipelines with Databricks, SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Partner with data engineering and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable analytical solutions.
• Enable self-service BI through mentoring, training, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; this is a remote US-only role.
• At least 6 years of BI development experience, including lead- or architect-level responsibilities.
• Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, optimization, and governance.
• Strong experience with Databricks, SQL, Delta Lake, and PySpark.
• Deep understanding of relational and dimensional modeling.
• Ability to lead BI strategy, mentor teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture.
• BI or cloud certifications.
