What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain hirify.global equipment and communication devices at retail locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in the field, including swapping failed components.
• Manage and deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts (paper, ribbons, betslips) to customers.
• Provide basic technical training and refresher courses to retailers on equipment procedures.
• Communicate activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions to Dispatchers.
• Maintain company vehicles according to hirify.global vehicle policy.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs and customer service roles.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights (rooftops), and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background, physical, and drug testing.
• Ability to correctly perceive colors.
