What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency customer calls.
• Conduct pre-site surveys and manage parts inventory.
• Provide technical documentation and support to customers.
• Report on service trends and challenges using field management tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Willingness to travel daily (up to 75%) within the assigned territory.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
