What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to customer service calls for gaming equipment.
• Install, program, and configure hardware at customer sites under supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment to the board or sub-assembly level using internal diagnostics.
• Manage customer tickets and parts inventory using Service Max.
• Maintain company-provided assets including vehicles, tools, and laptops.
• Collaborate with management and product support to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Williston, Dickinson, or Minot, ND
• Must be old enough to enter casino customer locations
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license from relevant agencies
• Basic understanding of electronics and one year of related experience
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and reaching
