What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to emergency customer requests.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and manage parts inventory accuracy.
• Gather and report service activity data using field service management tools.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a gaming license.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in technical field service.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic work.
