• Perform preventative maintenance on VLTs and ETGs according to company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and functional testing to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Navigate management terminals daily to verify device status and report incidents accurately.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations as required.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and technical logs.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures regarding electricity, tools, and equipment handling.

Requirements

• Must be based in Buffalo, NY
• Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
• One year of experience in assembly, testing, or repair of electronic gaming devices (or 6 months with a certificate).
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
