What you will do

• Manage and maintain the SharePoint organizational system to ensure documents are correctly categorized and accessible.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals using Scribe.
• Process high volumes of PDF documentation for community websites and the Enumerate software system.
• Handle inbound phone enquiries from homeowners regarding payments, account balances, and general community matters.
• Implement workflow processes using Manifestly to create audit trails for multi-step procedures.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to identify and streamline repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with SharePoint or complex shared drive systems.
• Strong technical ability with PDF management, web-based file uploading, and workflow automation tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding data entry and naming conventions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with US-based teams.
• Availability for daily team briefings at 9:30 AM ET.
