What you will do

• Lead daily facilities operations for office, engineering laboratory, and manufacturing environments.
• Oversee critical building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and backup power systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and lead competitive bidding processes.
• Execute capital improvement projects such as office remodels, laboratory upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to maintain ESD-sensitive and temperature-controlled environments.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, including ROI analyses and expenditure requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or medical device environments.
• Experience managing facility vendors, service contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Proven ability to support engineering laboratories and advanced manufacturing operations.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Aerospace or defense industry experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, IFMA FMP/CFM, or OSHA 30.
• Experience leading facility expansions, consolidations, or relocation projects.
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms and preventive maintenance systems.
