What you will do

• Oversee maintenance and alteration of office, manufacturing, warehouse, truck yards, and landscaped areas.
• Coordinate building communication installations and manage the layout and housekeeping of all facilities.
• Analyze and standardize facilities procedures to improve overall operational efficiencies.
• Manage purchase orders within budget guidelines and file financial reports to accounting and corporate.
• Develop long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for various facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety training programs, and oversee the Disaster Recovery Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field, including supervisory experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Henrico, Virginia.
• Proven ability to present technical and operational information to top management.
