What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual customer conference, including venue selection and on-site production.
• Manage corporate presence at major industry tradeshows, overseeing booth design, logistics, and staffing.
• Execute high-touch customer events such as the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and VIP experiences.
• Own and track event budgets across all programs, negotiating vendor contracts and optimizing costs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align event content with business goals.
• Define and report on event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of corporate events or field marketing experience.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale conferences with 500+ attendees.
• Experience managing six- and seven-figure event budgets.
• Proficiency with event management platforms like Cvent or Splash.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30–40%, including some evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
