Salary: $116,000 – $193,400

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operational support, meeting strategies, and functional planning cycles to ensure alignment across teams.
• Drive coordination of complex cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee operational logistics for L&D programs, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Track and report PSL&D goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform executive decision-making.
• Draft and coordinate executive-level written communications and functional updates.
• Implement digital solutions and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6-8 years of experience in business operations or strategy execution.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
