People Operations Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead global employee equity programs (RSUs, ESOPs) across the full lifecycle, from grant and vesting to exercise and termination.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Manage equity documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain high-quality equity data and reporting for accounting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop scalable guidance and self-service resources for employee equity queries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate equity operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of direct experience in global equity administration.
• Proven experience administering international equity programs (RSUs, stock options, ESOPs) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with HRIS and employee equity platforms for lifecycle administration and reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze and reconcile high-volume, multi-system data with high accuracy.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in equity operations at a pre-IPO or late-stage private company.
• Familiarity with global equity compliance structures, such as trusts and EOR arrangements.
• Track record of automating or standardizing equity operational workflows.
