People Operations Partner (Fintech): Managing end-to-end global equity operations, including RSUs and ESOPs, with an accent on grant lifecycle, compliance, and data accuracy. Focus on optimizing equity workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and providing scalable support to employees.
Location: Singapore; Conditions also list Kuala Lumpur. The role is based in Singapore.

What you will do
- Manage global employee equity programs across grants, vesting, exercise, termination, and post-termination processes.
- Coordinate equity documentation, approvals, records, and communications with Legal, Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Payroll, and regional People teams.
- Maintain accurate equity data and reporting for business planning, accounting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear support to employees and stakeholders while developing scalable guidance and self-service resources.
- Support annual grants, liquidity programs, scheme transitions, retention initiatives, and relocation-related equity projects.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate operations while maintaining governance and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years administering global equity programs in a technology, fintech, or multinational environment.
- Experience with international equity programs such as RSUs, stock options, or ESOPs across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
- Experience using HRIS and employee equity platforms for lifecycle administration, data maintenance, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Ability to analyze and reconcile high-volume, multi-system data with strong accuracy and attention to data integrity.
- Understanding of equity lifecycle controls and the requirements for complete, compliant, and audit-ready records.
Nice to have
- Experience with equity operations at a pre-IPO or late-stage private company, including tender offers, equity purchase or bonus swap programs, and scheme transitions.
- Familiarity with global equity compliance structures, trusts, local holding or trust entities, and EOR arrangements.
- Experience translating plan or policy changes into scalable workflows and system configurations.
- Track record of improving, automating, or standardizing equity operations.
