People Operations Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own global employee equity operations across grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, and post-termination treatment.
• Manage equity documentation, approvals, records, communications, and employee support with Legal, Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Payroll, and regional People teams.
• Maintain accurate equity data and reporting for business planning, accounting, audits, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Strengthen operational controls and keep processes documented, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Support annual grants, liquidity programs, scheme transitions, retention initiatives, and relocation-related equity programs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate equity operations while preserving data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years administering global equity programs in a technology, fintech, or multinational environment.
• Experience with international RSUs, stock options, or ESOPs across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Experience using HRIS and employee equity platforms for lifecycle administration, data maintenance, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile high-volume, multi-system data with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Comprehensive understanding of equity lifecycle controls and audit-ready recordkeeping.

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-IPO or late-stage private-company equity operations, tender offers, equity purchase or bonus swap programs, and scheme transitions.
• Familiarity with global equity compliance structures, trusts, local holding entities, and EOR arrangements.
• Experience translating plan or policy changes into scalable workflows and system configurations.
• Experience improving, automating, or standardizing equity operations in a high-growth environment.
