People Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll processes, including statutory obligations and financial reconciliation.
• Manage regional immigration, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts and policy templates compliant with local labor laws.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for employees across APAC, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams on entity-level obligations and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrable experience running payroll end-to-end in Singapore.
• Hands-on immigration case management experience in Singapore.
• Experience operating people operations across multiple jurisdictions or legal entities.
• Strong data and reporting capability, including building dashboards from HR systems.
• Proven track record of delivering process automation with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Depth in Singapore employment operations.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment (e.g., MAS frameworks).
• Exposure to crypto, digital assets, or high-growth fintech.
