What you will do

• Act as the resident expert for People systems, specifically managing and troubleshooting Rippling.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Create and maintain detailed SOPs and workflows to ensure scalability as the company grows.
• Generate and analyze People data reports to identify trends and insights for the team.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Legal to maintain smooth cross-departmental operations.
• Coordinate cyclical events such as performance reviews and engagement surveys.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Ops, HR Ops, or an HRIS-focused role.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS, specifically Rippling.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Microsoft suite, and advanced Excel.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear and simple documentation.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Alexandria, Australia.
