Senior Manager - Product Partner Operations (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, or onsite in San Francisco, New York, or Portland

Salary: $164,300 – $228,100

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Partner Operations Specialists, focusing on professional growth and execution quality.
• Develop durable operational frameworks to scale banking and product partnerships.
• Improve organizational context through better documentation and knowledge management systems.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and adopt new processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams to solve complex operational challenges.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for operational health and partner experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading operational programs in fintech or highly regulated financial environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of partnering with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in operational change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on strategic documentation.
• Must be based in the United States
