Salary: $110,000–$125,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders from deal kickoff through customer success.
• Coordinate clinical, marketing, operations, finance, and product/engineering teams to deliver partnership commitments.
• Track deliverables, identify timeline risks, and drive follow-through on decisions and action items.
• Build and maintain partnership infrastructure using kanban boards, Linear, Slack, and Figma.
• Own operational cadences, including standups, syncs, partner meetings, and post-launch success reviews.
• Prepare partner-facing materials and provide accurate recurring metrics reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, program management, or account/customer success.
• Experience managing complex relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, process-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and build durable operating systems.
• Fluency with collaboration and organizational tools such as Linear, kanban boards, Slack, and Figma.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York City.
