What you will do

• Own the organic acquisition strategy across Google Search, LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity), and emerging discovery surfaces.
• Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate content creation and complex analytical assessments.
• Manage strategic external partnerships and guide internal teams across Reddit, G2, and YouTube to maximize presence.
• Lead technical SEO oversight, including site architecture, structured data, and international SEO.
• Develop custom measurement frameworks to track AI visibility, citations, and LLM referral traffic.
• Oversee the content portfolio, defining scalable strategies for editorial, programmatic, and localized experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SEO or organic growth at scale, including 3+ years in a leadership role (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered search and LLMs, with hands-on experience using tools like Peec, AirOps, Profound, or Scrunch.
• Proven experience building AI-powered workflows to automate processes and increase team leverage.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, information architecture, and on-site optimization.
• Experience managing direct reports and building high-output teams.

Nice to have

• Background in CRO where organic acquisition and on-site conversion intersect.
• Experience leading international SEO and localization strategies.
• Deep technical knowledge of LLM end-to-end processes (retrieval to output generation).
• Experience architecting multi-property domain strategies.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and working with MCPs.
