Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and operate an AI-powered content production system from brief to publish.
• Develop content strategies that rank on Google and earn citations in LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Set and enforce editorial standards to ensure zero-tolerance accuracy for financial and insurance content.
• Manage traffic and AI-citation targets that directly impact customer acquisition.
• Build and lead a system for authoritative content across internal and external platforms.
• Oversee a lean team including a direct report, AI agents, and a freelance bench.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• Strong editorial taste with an eye for engaging, compelling writing for both humans and LLMs.
• Expertise in AI and LLM tools for drafting, research, and automation.
• Deep understanding of evolving discovery landscapes including SEO and AEO.
• Bachelor’s degree.
