Compensation: $181,560 – $202,920 (includes base salary and bonus)

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year organic growth strategy, including SEO, AEO, and CRO initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing organic growth team while managing agency partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to drive technical investments in site architecture and performance.
• Maintain P&L accountability for growth forecasting, capital allocation, and ROI metrics.
• Ensure all growth mechanisms comply with HIPAA, WCAG, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Translate complex performance data into executive narratives to shape company-wide investment decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organic search/SEO with senior-level strategic ownership.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in building and developing teams.
• 8+ years of expertise in technical SEO and AI-native discovery (AEO, LLMs).
• Proven proficiency in owning or partnering on CRO programs to drive revenue.
• Strong technical fluency in site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience building an AEO measurement approach from the ground up.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies like JavaScript rendering, CMS architectures, and APIs.
• Visible industry presence through speaking, writing, or community involvement.
• Category experience in healthcare or high-consideration purchase environments.
