Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the overarching organic discovery strategy to rank for brand, category, and competitor keywords across traditional SERPs and large language model platforms.
• Develop plans to ramp brand/domain authority and relevance, and analyze competitive top-ranking content and LLM-generated citations to find trends, white space, and sentiment.
• Optimize data & discovery architecture by improving site structures, schema, and API feeds for search and LLM web-crawlers.
• Partner with technical teams to improve technical performance and user experience using Core Web Vitals and EEAT.
• Turn strategy into written, actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution with engineering and content pipelines at high cadence.
• Define success benchmarks, run experiments (e.g., content formatting, entity relationship linking, structured data), and report progress with BI tools and funnel data.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO/organic growth experience in highly competitive, high-volume markets, with a proven focus on AEO/AI optimization in recent years.
• Proven success driving double-digit lead growth and digital brand authority via organic channels.
• Strong technical understanding of search algorithms, Knowledge Graphs, Core Web Vitals optimization, and scraping signals across major search and LLM platforms.
• Strong cross-functional execution ability to drive engineering and content pipelines for rapid results.
• Analytical mindset using internal BI tools and third-party SEO and emerging AI attribution software.
• Ability to translate complex search technicalities into clear business impact for executive audiences; strong executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Social search experience (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and optimizing for discovery.
• Experience delivering differentiated content frameworks at scale in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in continuous A/B testing and algorithmic experimentation.
