What you will do

• Lead an integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, and ABM to accelerate the enterprise sales motion.
• Develop field marketing and account-based marketing strategies, integrating executive events and digital campaigns.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define target accounts, prioritize investment, and drive predictable pipeline growth.
• Utilize data to evaluate funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize conversion across the customer journey.
• Collaborate with GTM Operations and Data Science to improve lead scoring, routing, attribution, and account prioritization.
• Manage and coach a multidisciplinary growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, specifically supporting enterprise sales motions.
• Proven track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, and CRO.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to use data to diagnose problems and prioritize investment.
• Ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency.
