Salary: $145,000 - 160,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Develop ROI-driven influencer and social media strategies for existing and prospective enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to build research-backed new business proposals and creative campaign concepts.
• Lead Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for high-value accounts spending $50k+ annually.
• Establish and maintain industry performance benchmarks and best practices across various verticals and social platforms.
• Partner with product, marketing, and account management teams to align account strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Influencer and Social Media Marketing landscape.
• Proven success in delivering strategies for enterprise-grade B2C consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and industry-specific Influencer/Affiliate marketing software.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
