What you will do

• Conduct regular driver performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service quality.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing driver development.
• Resolve customer service issues and complaints to maximize passenger satisfaction.
• Act as the real-time point of contact for operational issues and implement creative solutions.
• Manage processes and protocols at the scene of accidents and incidents.
• Operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles and perform routine vehicle inspections.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Proficiency in using tablets and standard office software (Google Suite).
• Successful completion of a drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (6:00 AM) and Saturdays.
