What you will do

• Proactively adjust daily operating plans based on real-time inputs from drivers and riders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for live troubleshooting and operational issues.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Support various business areas including live operations, phone, and email support.
• Make ad hoc decisions with little guidance using deep knowledge of company products.
• Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and operational challenges simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must be able to work early mornings (6:00 AM) and Saturdays.
• Must be able to work in-person at the Fort Walton Beach, Florida location.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions on the fly.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Successful completion of a drug test is required for employment.
