What you will do

• Manage and enter transfer orders accurately and on time across wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure documentation and labels are ready for scheduled shipments.
• Communicate production requirements and timelines based on demand signals and open orders.
• Support the setup of new SKUs across various retail platforms.
• Identify and flag order discrepancies, delays, or compliance issues.
• Execute data pulls to support monthly KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (internships considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with retail vendor portals (e.g., Retail Link).
• Exposure to ERP systems.
