What you will do

• Coordinate outbound shipments, including dispatching and close-out processes.
• Manage international shipping documentation, including Shipper’s Export Declarations and EEI filings.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials (Hazmat) labeling and cold chain temperature requirements.
• Communicate daily with carriers regarding equipment needs, live loads, and exception management.
• Reconcile open orders and staged freight reports to ensure accurate trailer loading.
• Provide leadership support and training to the operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Finance preferred.
• Background in operations and transportation industry experience.
• Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Mercury Gate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HAZMAT certification or knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in Transportation Finance and Audit.
• APICS CSCP certification.
• Power BI user-level proficiency.
