What you will do

• Translate client problems into scalable, measurable hirify.global workflows.
• Build reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets aligned with product direction.
• Maintain dashboards, hubs, documentation, usage metrics, adoption data, and account health tracking.
• Run delivery plans with clear owners, dates, dependencies, risks, agendas, decisions, and action logs.
• Own customer governance, adoption, ROI measurement, and the trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motion with Growth.
• Turn customer feedback into concrete plans with Engineering and Product, while travelling within the region as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a tier 1 consultancy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in workflows, data, and failure modes, with credibility when working with engineers.
• Excellent operational hygiene, including reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communication with early escalation and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-changing environment and willingness to travel within the region.
