Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Eagle, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Nashville, TN; or Farmington, CT

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects across IT Operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and project outcomes.
• Improve PMO standards, methodologies, templates, governance processes, and project management practices.
• Partner with executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, consultants, and acquisition teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, decision-making, issue resolution, communication, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise IT projects involving infrastructure, software implementations, cybersecurity, cloud, or operational technology.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational change management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and senior-level presentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience applying Agile principles and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational integrations.
• Healthcare, senior living, home health, hospice, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Monday.com, or Zendesk.
