What you will do

• Lead 3–5 concurrent enterprise IT projects, specifically focusing on cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity SMEs, Infrastructure, Networking, and SAP teams to drive planning and execution.
• Maintain project controls including RAID logs, risk registers, issue logs, and executive status reports.
• Present project health and updates to executive leadership and facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Manage third-party vendors and consulting partners to ensure project accountability.

Requirements

• PMP Certification (Required and verified)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required and verified)
• Minimum 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise IT projects within the cybersecurity or infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the SDLC process.
• Ability to work hybrid in Tampa, FL (4 days onsite)

Nice to have

• Experience in the Electric Utility or Energy industry.
• Background in SAP projects or NERC CIP compliance projects.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Smartsheet.
• Experience with cloud migration and security governance.
