What you will do

• Manage support instances requiring partner involvement and serve as the primary escalation point.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and align solutions with business objectives.
• Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience (or 3 years with a master's degree).
• Proven experience with Sage X3.
• Prior experience working with 3rd parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
