Professional Services Consultant, Sr (ERP)

Location: Germany, Remote

Salary range: €69,295.65–€117,802.60 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants and support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams on project direction, timelines, schedules, activities, and resource requirements.
• Estimate project tasks and ensure assigned deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Build working relationships with hirify.global and customer organizations.
• Deliver customer core-team training, peer knowledge sharing, and virtual presentations.
• Maintain relevant technical certifications and obtain certification outside the core area of expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting.
• 5+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills and technical background.
• Expertise in the core modules of ERP software and knowledge across industry verticals.
• Strong listening, verbal, written communication, and virtual presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work independently while meeting utilization and delivery targets.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
