What you will do

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Discover customer requirements and align technical solutions to business needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Lead onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Coordinate with the RFP response team to develop high-quality proposals.
• Provide actionable feedback to Product Management regarding product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in B2B enterprise software.
• Must be based in the US.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, databases, and directories.
• Conversant in modern SaaS architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the US (approximately 25%).

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• BA/BS degree or global equivalent.
