What you will do

• Lead client advisory for a portfolio of hirify.global Value Analysis clients to ensure successful clinically integrated supply chains.
• Drive solution adoption and user satisfaction by identifying value sources and pain points in hospital supply chains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing industry best practices and aligning with client goals.
• Support delivery of client training, account configuration, and strategic account planning.
• Develop scalable content resources including user guides, presentations, and best practice recommendations.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to the product team to influence the pipeline based on client needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in direct hospital-based operations, strategic sourcing, or value analysis.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate complex ideas to senior health system leaders.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel 30-40% as needed.
