What you will do

• Build and scale leadership capability by managing people leaders and senior individual contributors.
• Oversee the health and performance of the consulting portfolio, ensuring delivery predictability and risk mitigation.
• Operationalize divisional strategy by translating high-level goals into team-level OKRs and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and CX to support business growth and product improvements.
• Establish governance frameworks for forecasting, resourcing, and capacity planning to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Consulting, Professional Services, or Implementation Leadership within a SaaS environment
• 3-5+ years experience leading teams, including people leaders and senior ICs
• Proven track record of managing large delivery portfolios and associated revenue streams.
• Strong experience in resourcing strategy, operational scaling, and commercial driver optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
