What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering major operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage engagement financials, project economics, and deliverable quality to meet profit margin requirements.
- Design and implement target operating models, process improvements, and supply chain optimization strategies.
- Develop solution content, proposals, and thought leadership materials for client engagements.
- Coach and mentor staff while assessing performance for engagement reviews.
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships with client management to ensure project satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- Professional certification required (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional).
- Proven experience in supply chain optimization, procurement, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to travel as needed (typically 20-25%, occasionally up to 80%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
