What you will do

• Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, and design development phases.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to monitor costs and project impacts.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate, building, client, and government safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with account managers and facility teams to ensure high standards of work performance.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in leading and developing employees.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio, USA
