What you will do

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily site operations and long-term performance.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, hospitality, and accommodation services during a rapid scale-up.
• Deliver financial oversight, including revenue forecasting, budget development, and cost control.
• Lead hiring initiatives, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and manage staffing plans and schedules aligned with client forecasts and operational demand.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the client relationship and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Project or General management experience in large-scale hospitality or accommodations.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Boise, ID, USA.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality or facilities management systems.
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing as a condition of employment.
