What you will do

• Own end-to-end executihirify.global of retail, showroom, and workplace chirify.globalstructihirify.global projects across the Americas.
• Coordinate with general chirify.globaltractors, architects, and chirify.globalsultants to manage permits, bids, and hirify.global-site progress.
• Track and manage CapEx budgets, performing value engineering and cost chirify.globaltrol.
• Partner with Retail Operatihirify.globals, Visual Merchandising, and IT teams for seamless project handovers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including local municipal regulatihirify.globals and chirify.globalstructihirify.global bottlenecks.
• Drive localizatihirify.global of global design chirify.globalcepts by sourcing premium materials.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in chirify.globalstructihirify.global management, retail development, architecture, or real estate project executihirify.global.
• Hands-hirify.global experience managing retail rollouts, showroom buildouts, or complex tenant improvements.
• Strhirify.globalg technical knowledge of chirify.globalstructihirify.global methods, material procurement, and local building codes in the Americas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and CapEx budgets simultaneously.
