Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid position with office attendance determined by the Hiring Manager.

Salary: $210,900–$369,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Build a comprehensive view of hirify.global’s P&L across revenue, expenses, investments, tax, treasury, and other financial elements.
• Coordinate Corporate FP&A inputs for quarterly Board meetings, company earnings, and the Annual Plan.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, month-end and quarter-end close, and other core finance processes.
• Improve finance tools, processes, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment in partnership with the Finance Velocity Office.
• Prepare concise executive presentations and conduct in-depth financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Lead ad hoc projects involving capital allocation, competitor analysis, and other strategic topics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Undergraduate degree required; an MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Global or multinational business experience is strongly preferred; payments ecosystem knowledge is an advantage.
