Finance Manager (FP&A)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid schedule with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Salary: $87,000–$148,000 base salary for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers; discretionary bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis for the Technology, Data and Operations business unit.
• Update short-term and long-range forecasts using business inputs, assumptions, and strategy changes.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform monthly variance analysis across actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, communicating key drivers.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure financial results are accurate and complete.
• Build advanced Excel models, analyze technology chargebacks and operating performance, and recommend efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial data into executive summaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• US work authorization without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting analysts.
• Power BI experience creating data visualizations, storyboards, or dashboards.
• Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle or SmartView.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
