Manager Finance - Corporate FP&A; Expense Management

Location: Hybrid role based in Lone Tree, CO; San Francisco, CA; Omaha, NE; Westlake, TX; or Southlake, TX

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise expense planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting across monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning cycles.
• Consolidate forecast results, risks, opportunities, assumptions, and variance explanations into an enterprise expense outlook.
• Analyze expense performance, forecast variances, business drivers, and trends to develop recommendations for Finance leadership.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready financial messaging and support forecast reviews, close meetings, planning cycles, and senior leadership discussions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and accountability through performance management, scenario analysis, governance, controls, and compliance activities.
• Enhance planning methodologies, reporting capabilities, forecasting systems, and operational processes, including TM1/Planning Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and performance management.
• Understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, expense management, and business performance drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), enterprise planning systems, financial reporting platforms, or data visualization tools.
• Financial services industry experience.
