Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: San Jose, United States. Hybrid work is generally required, with office attendance Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays; some roles may require five days per week onsite.

Salary: $130,000–$144,000 annually for California.

What you will do

• Maintain and consolidate global TV reporting in partnership with the TV Business Development team.
• Lead finance activities for the Projectors business, including forecasting, close, and long-range planning cycles.
• Support month-end close, OPEX bookings, monthly TV sales unit forecasts, and FP&A submissions in Anaplan.
• Apply U.S. GAAP to P&L forecasts and identify variance drivers across plan, forecast, year-over-year, and quarter-over-quarter results.
• Build ad hoc P&L models and provide in-depth analysis for business decisions.
• Develop collaborative relationships across finance, accounting, business development, and other hirify.global functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role involving finance, banking, accounting, consulting, FP&A, corporate finance, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain precision, understand complex business drivers, and communicate analytical results.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth consumer electronics or retail company.
• Experience with NetSuite or Anaplan.
